Lonzo Ball

  • Outstanding size for a point guard
  • He sees the floor well and he has the ability to get it to his man in scoring position
  • Willing passer who looks to get others involved
  • Excellent rebounder for a guard
  • Excellent explosion from slow to go
  • Length and anticipation give make his defensive potential high
  • Has shown efficient shooting early on at UCLA, he must maintain it

  • Weaknesses
  • Aggressive passer who gets a bit fancy at times
  • Must cut down on his turnovers
  • Strange mechanics that he will need to refine
  • Can get his shot off the dribble but he has to work on being more consistent
  • He must work on finishing at the rim
  • He must work on creating his own shot
  • Slender weak body that will need to mature to handle an NBA pounding

  • Bottom Line
  • He has the potential to be a solid all around stat sheet stuffer at the next level. He should be a starter at the next level within a couple seasons but he has some weaknesses to work on to elevate his game to elite status. Shooting and strength.
