Andrew Luck, QB - Stanford The draft would be knocked off its feet if the Colts announce any other name here.
Robert Griffin III, QB - Baylor See Indy. They gave up a ton to get here. Someone else would have to WOW them to change the pick.
Matt Kalil, OT - USC I wouldn't be surprised to see them take the more difficult position to find and snag Claiborne here. Kalil however will protect Ponder and help the running game. They have to help Ponder if they want to see if he is the future.
Trent Richardson, RB - Alabama There just isn't a more impactful player for Cleveland to take here. I believe they will come to their senses and start with Richardson here and build off him the rest of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Morris Claiborne, CB - LSU The future corners of the Bucs look like it will be Eric Wright and Claiborne.
Justin Blackmon, WR - Oklahoma State Sam Bradford gets his weapon. It shouldn't take long for these two to start working well together. I don't think Blackmon is as good as AJ Green and Julio Jones last season but he is close.
Quinton Coples, DE - North Carolina The Jags need someone to come off the left end and pressure the QB. Coples could make this defense one of the elite again.
Ryan Tannehill, QB - Texas AM Miami needs a QB because Garrard isn't the long term answer. Unfortunately either is Tannehill. These are the picks that cripple franchises for years.
Dontari Poe, NT - Memphis The Panthers need to control the DL and stop the run. Poe is the biggest and highest rated tackle.
Courtney Upshaw, OLB - Alabama Yes they need an OT but they have for years. In their division they have to be able to stop people if the want to contend. Upshaw should improve the D immediately and get some pressure on Brady and Sanchez. They can get a starting OT in round two.
Luke Kuechly, LB - Boston College KC has had issues finding someone next to Derrick Johnson. The defense should be rock solid adding Kuechly to Johnson, Hali, and Houston.
David DeCastro, OG - Stanford Seahawks get a nasty blocker for a nasty runner. Another tough personality in the lineup.
Michael Floyd, WR - Notre Dame The Cardinals can get a starting OT in round 3 or make a trade to get a second rounder back. Floyd running opposite Fitzgerald would make both Fitz and Kolb more dangerous. This could eventually be a better duo than when Boldin was in town.
Mark Barron, S - Alabama The Cowboys need defensive back help. Barron is the best safety in the 2012 NFL draft and takes the Cowboys defense up a notch immediately.
Michael Brockers, DT - LSU Philly needs to be better in the middle. Brockers is athletic and strong and should clog up the middle.
Melvin Ingram, DE - South Carolina The Jets need to get more heat on the QB. Ingram could line up at DE or OLB for the Jets.
Riley Reiff, OT - Iowa Reiff should be just the mauling type of OL the Bengals need for Green-Ellis.
Cordy Glenn, OG - Georgia The Chargers need to rebuild up front if they want to get back to contention. Glenn is someone who could play guard or tackle.
Jonathan Martin, OT - Stanford There are a lot of reasons that the Bears have to go OL. They need to keep Cutler upright and they will have two top notch backs to open holes for.
Dre Kirkpatrick, CB - Alabama This pick comes down to Gilmore or Kirkpatrick. Kirkpatrick should get the nod due to his time spent with Bama. He is more NFL ready.
Stephon Gilmore, CB - South Carolina Cincinnati strengthens their defensive backfield. They can't go with what is returning. Jones can't be counted on as a starter.
Kendall Wright, WR - Baylor They need weapons. It may be a stretch here but they have to get playmakers around McCoy if they want to compete.
Dont'a Hightower, LB - Alabama Hightower fills a huge hole in the Lions defense.
Mike Adams, OT - Ohio State This is the thinnest Steeler team I have seen in a long time. They need a lot. In order for them to remain physical and get back to the top they need to start up front.
Fletcher Cox, DT - Mississippi State The defense took some hits up front. They need to get some young legs there to control the game.
Stephen Hill, WR - Georgia Tech Hill should compliment Johnson perfectly. He is a big target in the redzone as well as a big play threat.
Janoris Jenkins, CB - North Alabama They can't rely on Edelman to play in the defensive backfield again can they. Jenkins may be one of the most talented corners in the draft. If anyone can keep his off field issue in check its the Patriots.
Andre Branch, DE - Clemson The defense needs a jolt and someone to help get to the QB. Branch should be able to help immediately.
Whitney Mercilus, DE - Illinois Mercilus should see playing time early as he provides a young pass rusher to an aging defense.
Chandler Jones, DE - Syracuse Jones should be groomed as Brooks replacement at OLB.
Nick Perry, DE - USC Perry should be able to replace what the Patriots lost at DE last season.
Lavonte David, OLB - Nebraska The Giants get a much needed playmaker at linebacker. David should allow Boley to move inside.

The following Mock Draft is based on how Midampub predicts the draft will unfold. Not based on midampub's rankings of the best prospects.
