Ben Simmons, SF - LSU The Sixers will go with the player with the biggest upside and figure out the depth chart later.
Brandon Ingram, SF - Duke There will be a lot of on the slender shoulders of Ingram to restore pride to the proud franchise.
Buddy Hield, SG - Oklahoma The Celtics need a star. No one else here brings the ability to shoot the ball and score like Hield.
Dragan Bender, PF - Croatia Bender has a ton of potenial and could give the Suns frontcourt more than mediocre play.
Jamal Murray, SG - Kentucky They need some scoring and depth at the two. Murray should be able to play alongside LaVine, Wiggins or Rubio.
Jaylen Brown, SF - California The Pelicans need some punch at the three. Brown should immediately fill the spot.
Henry Ellenson, PF - Marquette There are a lot of big bodies here, but little production. Ellenson brings an upgrade up front at this spot in the draft.
Kris Dunn, PG - Providence The frontcourt is talented even though they need to prove they can win. Rondo is not a long term solution with this group.
Domantas Sabonis, PF - Gonzaga The four is the biggest need so taking Sabonis fills the need.
Denzel Valentine, SG - Michigan State Valentine brings scoring, playmaking, and an outside shot to the a team in need of all three.
Jakob Poeltl, C - Utah Orlando needs some interior defense to go along with Vucevic's offense.
Furkan Korkmaz, SG - Turkey Burks can't stay healthy so they need some depth at the two. Korkmaz can stretch the defense and open up the interior for Favors and Gobert.
Marquese Chriss, PF - Washington The Suns frontcourt gets a lot of help with the addition of Chriss and their first pick Bender.
Skal Labissiere, C - Kentucky If Gasol and Noah are no longer going to be around, the need for someone inside is glaring. The reward may overshadow the risk with this pick.
Timothe Luwawu, SF - France This is a risk with Luwawu not playing at a high level during his career. However the potential is there for him to develop into an outstanding shooter with good length for a two.
Deyonta Davis, PF - Michigan State He is a much more offensive potential than Johnson and Jerebko.
Demetrius Jackson, PG - Notre Dame Mike Conley may return but could also leave the team in dire need of a PG. Even if he returns the team needs quality depth.
Tyler Ulis, PG - Kentucky The Pistons need a quality backup point-guard behind Jackson.
Ivica Zubac, C - Croatia A potential draft-and-stash player with their third pick in the round.
Diamond Stone, C - Maryland Indiana has to get a little more inside pop who can play alongside Myles Turner. Yes they want to play faster and smaller, but they still need to rebound and protect the rim. Ian Mahinmi is more suited as a bench player.
Cheick Diallo, PF - Kansas The Hawks could look completely different in a couple seasons. Horford, Teague, Millsap, Korver, Schroder, and Splitter could all leave by the end of 17. One of the following will likley walk in Horford, Millsap, and Splitter so getting someone to fill teh void is necessary.
Wade Baldwin, PG - Vanderbilt Baldwin can play alongside Kemba Walker and he is the shooter the team is lacking.
Ante Zizic, C - Croatia Draft and stash or trade the pick. That is the question.
Dejounte Murray, PG - Washington No one among Ish Smith, Isaiah Canaan, Kendall Marshall or TJ McConnell screams future point-guard of the team so it makes sense to take a shot with a high upside point here.
Brice Johnson, PF - North Carolina Getting SG depth may be a possiblity here. But they also need big man depth. Johnson will bring an athletic scorer off the bench.
DeAndre Bembry, SG - St Josephs The two-guard is one of the worst productive units in the league. Bembry has issues shooting but is a scorer and versatile player.
Malik Beasley, SG - Florida State Beasley could bring a consistent scoring threat from the perimeter.
Malachi Richardson, SG - Syracuse An explosive athlete who can stretch the floor. He could see minutes at the three as well.
Damian Jones, C - Vanderbilt The Spurs are going to need some big bodies. Jones can step in as a rim protector alongside Aldridge immediately.
Stephen Zimmerman, C - UNLV Zimmerman is worth the pick here. He can develop defensively while giving the Warriors yet another offensive weapon in the lineup.
